I have a stock kr-2s with a 12 gallon header tank and I plan on installing a 2700 corvair engine. Where would be the best place to install the battery and ignition coils? I was thinking of doing like others and placing them on the firewall shelf but wasn't sure because of the close proximity of the fuel tank. I also have a freshly rebuilt subaru ea-81 turbo engine for sale that came with my project if anyone is interested. Email me off list if anyone is interested. Thanks again
