Okay one last quick thought.....

I promise.

I once saw a gentleman who works in the field of Automobile safety talking
about the fact that Autos have improved tremendously over the last few
decades, as far as safety design goes. We now have seat belts, airbags,
Anti-Lock Brakes, Energy Absorbing Front Ends, and lately Synthetic Vision and
Auto Breaking.
However, the percentage of deaths per mile driven happening because of
vehicle accidents has remained fairly constant over the years. Why? Because
drivers assume more risk now thinking their ultra safety designed vehicles
will save their lives. He felt if you really want to stop fatal accidents
you should install a 6 inch spike in the middle of the steering wheel in
every vehicle that goes on the road. That way every driver would have a
visual reminder of what would happen to him if he impacted anything, and then
drive appropriately to that risk. Vehicle accidents would stop overnight.

Maybe the header tank is our 6" spike. We know we don't want that gas in
our lap, so we tailor our techniques to that level of risk.

That's all...
