Dave Goodman up around Whidbey Island Washington has his painted with the Gray and Blue camouflaged paint scheme the Navy uses on their F-18s and I haven't heard him mention anything about problems with high temperatures yet.

At one of the Gatherings years ago there was a KR that was painted a very light lavender color and did not seem to suffer any ill effects. Who was the retired military pilot that had his KR photo used by Rand in their promotional photos? Roy Marsh as I recall. It had a considerable amount of grey or silver paint on it.
