Thanks Dan and Larry .... I think it is the bolt holes, or maybe the bolts
... I'll check and see. The movement is definitely between the two halves of
the wing at the WAFs and was checked with the bolts inserted but not
tightened up at all. ....... Just when I thought we were almost ready to
fly! Still, better to find the problem now and not at 2000 ft over the bay
....

Is there a spec for the maximum diameter permitted for the bolts? I have
heard that overlarge bolts will reduce the load tolerance of the WAF ....
Has anyone bushed the fittings and maybe used a taper pin to eliminate wear
over time?
