This item is sold by http://www.aeroconversions.com/ as is the Aerovee engine and Aero carb. There are some ristricted Sonex items but it is not clear what items they are. I will call them on Monday to see what the deal is. It's a simple system and if they won't sell me one it should be easy enough to duplicate.
