There is also an International requirement for a "Radio Station" license for 
the A/C, 
but ONLY for the Xpdr now (and HF, if you use one over the ocean); the need for 
one 
for the VHF('s) also went away years ago. BTW, anybody else remember their CB 
license? (KDJ1492)
