Vern, I'm happy to say my dads KR is back in the construction phase after his passing 3 years ago with a fine gentleman that is motivated & will do a good job completing the airplane. Sounds like several guys are close to having theirs in the air & this one is as well (a year or so) If you need info or pictures of my fathers (Ron Eason Sr) retract tri gear set-up let me know. As a aeronautical & mechanical engineer his design is unmatched for this airframe. I'll be happy to help if I can. Keep in mind it is a pneumatic air cylinder actuated system comparatively light & minimal space required in the wells for linkage and the like.
