I went to BDI (Bearings Distributors Inc). They sell O-rings in addition to 
bearings. They had a chart that showed compatibility of the various "rubber" 
compound such Nitrile, Buna N, silicone, etc with different hydrocarbons, 
grease, fuel, etc as well as expected service life under various conditions 
(heat, pressure, etc).Hopefully, you have a similar type supplier near you. BDI 
probably has a website that might contain this info as well.Good Luck,Pete
