》Most builders that start off to fabricate 》every little detail of the aircraft to save a 》couple of bucks here and a couple of 》bucks there, never finish. As a poor teacher with three kids in college and a bad aviation addiction, I have had to save where I could with my KR2 construction. I saved and budgeted spending lots of my free time searching eBay, barnstormers, Craigslist etc. I found some great deals like my cesna wheels and brakes that I paid $50 for. I searched the net and scoured Web sites for ideas and designs that I could copy. I built my own forward air box to save $250 if I had purchased it from Van's. I spent years looking for an 0200 and settled for an A65. I have two cars with 370,000 miles on them so I can buy more airplane parts. I could go on but you get the idea and yes, my KR2 is ready to fly. So if you are like me and have the dream of flight and you are on a budget, be encouraged. I look forward to checking my email every day to read emails from KRnet. I don't believe that I could have done it without you all. Joe Nunley Baker Florida "I'm better in the air"
