What I do if I know I will be posting a picture from my phone is take the picture of my whole garage with what I want to focus on in the center. Then crop off everything but what I want to keep. Then attached it to the email. The email will ask me if I want to resize the picture. Choose 10% if that isn't small enough you need to crop more off. That's how I do it from my phone.
