My cylinders are at Chuck Ney and latest word, second hand, is they
are waiting on parts. We'll see. I do plan on flying to the
Gathering. Must have messed up on registration.

For what it's worth, the cylinder shops are perpetually late.  They always have 
more work than they have time or workers and always seem to run a month or two 
later than expected.  Every time I do an overhaul, if the cylinders need to go 
out for major work, that's the first thing I send out.  Invariably, the 
cylinders are the last thing I get back.  The case is usually assembled, 
painted and waiting on the engine stand for a few weeks before the cylinders 
arrive.  I know Larry Brown spends a lot of his time in court testifying as an 
expert witness on aircraft engine related lawsuits and that sets his business 
back a bit when it happens.  I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn the same 
about Chuck Ney.  Try to be patient with those guys.  They will take care of 
you.
