Thank you Sid I have flown with the cg in 30% without any inconvenience, now I am installing a rotax 912 uls of 100 HP that is 59 kilograms lighter than the subaru EJ22. The consequence is that installing the ROTAX 25 cm ahead of the subaru, my maximum rear cg would now be located at 33% of the MAC and I would like to know if the aircraft in that condition is safe. I repeat never flown beyond 30% of MAC

How much percent is unknown. Weighing the aircraft for cg numbers does get definite numbers for cg , but knowing the center of lift can be a guessing game. The "standard" KR-2 with RAF 48 airfoil does have an error in the published cg range; offset is about 2 inches forward. One measure of flying with aft cg is the elevator trim tab setting. For neutral trim, the elevator trim tab would be set even with the elevator during cruise flight. To make the test measurement: set the trim tab for hands-off stick and level flight cruise. Proceed to land, but do not change the trim tab setting. Get out and look: If the elevator trim tab is above the trailing edge of the elevator, the plane likely has an aft cg, the larger the angle, the worse is the aft cg condition. Incidence angle for the horizontal stabilizer will also mask an aft cg issue.
