Google "Sail Plane Gap Tape" to see what the sail plane guys use.  That should work nicely.  I've also heard of people using Gaffers tape, which comes in a host of colors and is less expensive ~$20 pee 3"wide 60 yd roll  <https://www.tapejungle.com/products/standard-grade-gaffers-tape-67680.html>  That should be enough to hold you for a few years.
