Hey Guys, A friend of mine is building a BD4 and since I have been given the title of fiberglass expert in the small circle of friends that I have, I have been called upon for advise and help. Mostly help. The BD4 has glass wings put together like stacking cups. You just glue another rib/wing shaped bucket on until you get the desired length. We are in the process of filling and sanding to get the cosmetics looking slick. It is bringing back memories of long days and nights spent sanding on the KR. Every now and again I think about building another but only for a second or two before I snap out of it. It was a lot of work over 9 years and this BD project is a harsh reminder. So for now, I'll just stick with N236MS. Hope to see you guys at SNF.
