Thanks for the update, Stef.  Sounds like you've built a fantastic
airplane!  Make sure the airflow through the air cooler is optimized,
and that it has an exit to a low pressure area so air is being sucked
through it well.  You may need a duct from the cooler to the low
pressure area at the bottom rear of the cowling, if you don't already
have something like that.  As you know, good air flow through the cooler
is just important as good oil flow, if not more important.  The cooler
on my Corvair was marginal, even though I had a duct from the front of
the cowling to it, but a differential pressure test across the cooler
showed no airflow through it!    Creating a low pressure area below it
at the bottom rear of the cowling helped improve that.  The 19 row
cooler should give you a good indication if air flow is sufficient or
not.  Also, adding the wheel pants soon will get you another 8-10 knots
and more airflow through the engine, with the same throttle setting, so
that should be high on your to-do list also.
