Hi All; In the ad it says "take it down to 49 % and call it your own" . I am just curious what that means. In Canada , you have to have various inspections along the way while building and one of those includes glue joint samples, dated and available for testing. Also requires builders log and pictures etc. I seem to recall that it is not that stringent in the U.S. but I found that statement in the ad curious. Are you able to buy a project without builders logs etc. and still bring it to completion? If so, how do you do that? Just curious.
