See http://www.n56ml.com/antennas.html for detail of exactly that antenna installation. The "fittings" are toroids, and are very important to the installation. Jim Weir of RST Engineering is the guy that sells those kits. See http://www.rstengineering.com/ and you may find instructions for that antenna also. He's done lots of articles on antenna design in the US magazine "KitPlanes" over the last few decades.
