Thanks Bob. It looks like the KR2 (given its light weight & compact design) is very sensitive on load and weight & balance ... Yes, I agree if the back pressure is quite dynamic wrt load/copilot weight etc, there is not much we can do except using innovative solutions, such as adding a spring or two on the elevator or ground adjustable trimtab... This would probably slash off your cruising speed for half a kt per hour giving the same rpm or fuel consumption rate, perhaps?
