I think what Mark Jones is talking about is some personal identifier tag at the bottom of each message that indicates who is the sender.
It should include your name and a basic location. If you want to add more, that's ok. Mine was too long so I've trimmed it. Adding a signature or tag is common feature to all email programs. Read your [HELP] about how to do it. Or ask any young person you know.
