As KR's have the fuel ahead of the CG (mine being an exception) I'd
figure worst case as heavy pilot and passenger and zero fuel. If when
figuring a light weight pilot, no passenger, and full fuel, the CG is
forward of the limit you will have to make some decisions on minimum
pilot weight with no passenger and full fuel or limit the pilot /
passenger weight with minimum fuel. The smaller the aircraft the
greater the limits. Don't forget to include the effect of baggage.
