Try 3M 5300 You can get it at your West Marine store. It wipes clean with denatured alcohol, before it is cured. It is what my canopy bubble is installed with. It remains flexible but your window will not come out without destructing it. I used clecos to hold the bubble in place and after it was set, I pulled out the clecos, drilled out the holes to 18" and filled them with Flox/Resin mixture just to be sure.
