Ron, the aileron is the only piece that I had an issue with. I forgot to cut off the 1/8" for the hinge. When I mounted it, The trailing edge was 1/8" to long.. Fortunately it was just on one side so I used the oscillating tool from Harbor Freight to cut out the spar and trim the edge. One layer of glass and good as new.
