. If you download the full set (at

logo on page 512 of the PDF. this is a very large file, and there's a
lot of good stuff in there....and it's a searchable PDF file! It will
take a while for this to download, especially if a lot of people are
doing it at the same time. A screenshot is enclosed that may suffice,
similar to what others have posted.
