Lee thanks for posting this response because I am close to finishing mine and
I have been flying a C-150, an RV 6 tail dragger, and an RV10. The reason for
this is to get myself used to different flight characteristics which broaden my
flight experience as I prepare to fly my KR2. The only other alternative for me
is to find a flying KR near Dallas that I can convince the owner to take me up
and let me fly it. To me that is worth an investment in making that possible,
other than that... damn the torpedos and full speed ahaed.

I have a stocked KR2 with retract gear. It was built in 1984. I purchased it
in 2000 got it flying in 2002. It takes about 30 seconds to learn to pitch
control just says switching from a Cessna 172 over to a piper warrior each
plane flies are all different I flown mine back to Oshkosh twice Mount Vernon
once have over 400 hours on it. Like I said after the first 30 seconds after
take off pitch sensitivity is a moot issue
