Just a note on the Sakkie Halgreen crash. It was not in ZS-UKU but a different plane! UKU was not involved in a crash.
The plane Sakkie crashed in crashed due to a balance weight bolted to the prop hub coming off and breaking the prop. Due to the now rearward CG the plane entered a flat spin.
