Years ago, on the internet, there was a video of an ultralight experiencing flutter. I believe it was a prototype during testing. I could not find it now. Luckily, it was a high-drag airplane, so all that was needed to get out of the condition was to cut the throttle to reduce airspeed. Now, there are several videos on YouTube on flutter, as well as explanations of causes.

I found one of a small plane in Britain, where the wire to the trim tab had broken.
