The new airfoil *can* work with the standard spar, But the spar is modified somewhat to do so. If you haven’t already built your spar, build the spar to the new airfoil specs. Check out Mark Langfords website; I think the link to the new spar is there. Also, there is a reference to the mods to be made. It’s worth the effort.
