Last night we completed the aileron installation on both wings. WunderBird could actually fly now except for a set back we discovered this morning. The right wing aileron is warped. WTF! How did this happen? No idea! The left aileron came out perfect. Now we have to fabricate a new aileron. This are the things that make us builders say we actually built two planes to make one good one.
