Hi Mike.
Both of my KRs have/ had plans built header tanks. I didn’t have any problems
with either of them.
The simplest version I’ve seen was Rob Schmidt’s built up from plyfoam boards.
Simple, quick and quite rigid without problems.

Sorry if you did have issues Mike.

Does it have the plans-built header tank?

Many headaches ahead if so.

Joe Beyer’s KR2 is up for sale. Joe passed away this spring his sister is
looking for a new owner to take over the airplane.
Hangared in McMinnville, Oregon (site of the 2015 KR Gathering), I recently
rolled it outside and washed the dust off it.

Photos, the price and the complete advertisement listing is here;

It is posted to the KR Net family before listing on Barnstormers,
Trade-A-Plane, Craigslist and MarketPlace around the middle of August.

I am assisting Joe’s sister with the sale to answer questions, arranging
showings and everything else I can do to help the family.

Please reply directly to [email protected] and I’ll respond as quickly as I can.
Thanks for your interest!
