Thank God he's still with us. Any details on the extent of his injuries?

BTW, As I have inherited Dave Mullins KR2S XL which quite a bit further along
than mine, I'm going to be putting my KR2S up for sale for a very reasonable
price - Best offier,. Tricycle gear, Diehl mains and wing skins, engine mount
configured for corvair, Boat and decks done ( rough fiberglassed, Dragonfly
canopy, I also have enough spare parts to build probably 4 Corvair engines, as
well as 3 sets of brand new VW pistons Dave had planned on building a 3100 cc
corvair.

I'm up on my boat for the week but I'll send pics and details to anyone who
might be interested. I'm not going to sell it piece by piece as I need to space
as I also have a Challenger II that I'm putting back together after an engine
failure on take off that put me in the bushes and busted it up pretty good.

Subject: KRnet> Bill Clapp's Saberwing

I think most of us know Bill Clapp from his involvement in the KR Community,
first as a builder, then as a Corvair Engine builder/provider, then more
recently with his KR inspired Saberwing at several KR Gatherings. According to
the NTSB preliminary report below, Bill was seriously injured in a crash of his
Saberwing while testing an ignition issue in flight on his plane On June 10.
