I want to follow up on my post cataract surgery this past week. The interest of this update is how it affects your flying. I let this desease go untreated tothe point that I developed double vision. I could not drive safely, let alone fly. I have now completed my second surgery and I am amazed at the results. I now have 20/20 vision and my vision has returned to normal. If you have been diagnosed with this desease, don’t let it ground you. The procedure is only 15 minutes long on each eye and there is no pain related to it.
