Mark, Long time since we have met. I admire your work discipline to have built two KRs! See my wt and balance calculations based on the fuel that was on board when you weighed your plane. You should have leveled the plane prior to getting the weights, otherwise re-weigh it and recomputte.. And, did you have 24 gallons of fuel and yourself at 178 when you taxied? If you want to calculate CG at different pilot and fuel weights, then you need the fuel arm from the center of mass of the fuel and it might not be the 46.5 inches indicated in your email.
