Default color scheme, to demonstrate that it happens across color schemes:

however, I generally do not like renaming inline on Linux, every time I've
tried it, it never seems to work as intended (like this problem, for
example). I prefer a pop-up box for renaming, like Konqueror can be
configured to do, as well as Thunar, Nautilus, etc. Krusader seems to be
the only file manager that does not have an option to turn it off.
