Hi,

Q1: Select an HTML file on the active panel, press Alt+Enter, click on the
wrench icon, replace Firefox with Vivaldi.

More details:

https://userbase.kde.org/Dolphin/File_Management#Change_a_File_Association_on-the-fly

Another way is to use some file association tool for your desktop
environment. Example::: in KDE, press Alt+F2, type "associations", choose
"File Associations", type "html", choose "text/html", place Vivaldi at the
top.

More on this:

https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kde-workspace/kcontrol/filetypes/index.html

Q2: KDE 4 era tutorials:

https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?t=10667

https://userbase.kde.org/Adding_an_entry_to_the_Create_New_menu

".kde4" should be replaced with ".local" for KF5.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
Yuri
