This sounds like pretty good coverage. If Sun did not already start
running these as per-build "PIT" tests in the first ksh93 stage, it may
make sense to import into the test harness as part of transitioning
interactive commands to libshell/libcmd.

I'd like to have bart tests verify a manifest is the same after a
xsltproc(1) sort which should verify fts_* is working with regards to
the comparison function.
