Explicitly, 't-' -> 't'.
Once again, this isn't about testing or bug-counts. Its about the stability of interfaces defined in a '-' release. If these interfaces can't be modified (syntactically or semantically) in the transition between 't-' to 't', then I'm happy, but I'd like to get an unambiguous answer on this. (Also, its not about what has happened in such previous transitions. It's about a statement from the community stating there intended operating procedure.) - jek3
