For in-kernel pfexec I'd like to be able to disable built-in commands
in ksh93 when the ksh93 is a pf* shell.  I believe I discussed this
earlier before the in-kernel pfexec was part of Solaris.

I'd be happy to make the changes needed myself, but some help would be
appreciated.

In-kernel pfexec runs the "add privileges/uids" inside the kernel and
it also allows you to limit all the commands you can execute without
any risk that any of the allowed commands starting a unrestricted
shell.
