*ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್. ನಿಯಮ 113, *ಅನುಬಂಧ "ಬಿ" ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಶಾಲಾ ರಜಾ ವೇಳೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ದಿನ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಾದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಗಳಿಕೆ ರಜೆ (EL) ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು.*

*ಉದಾ:*
*1. ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 8 ರಂದು ಗೈರುಹಾಜರಿ ಆದಲ್ಲಿ, ಆ ದಿನವನ್ನು E.L ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವರು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 28 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು.ಆ ದಿನವು ಗೈರಾದಲ್ಲಿ 8 ರಿಂದ 28 ರವರೆಗೂ E.L ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 8 ಮಾತ್ರ E.L ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.*
*2. ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 8 ರಂದು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದು, 28 ರಂದು ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಾದಲ್ಲಿ 28 ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು E.L ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ನವಂಬರ್ 1 ರಂದು ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ 28 ರಿಂದ 1 ನವಂಬರ್ ವರೆಗೆ E.L ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಕೆ ರಜೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು.*
