Dear sir please give information about C R form filling .My appointment was in Belgaum (chikkodi)district on 2007 Aug and I have taken mutual transfer to Davangere district Honnali taluk on 2013Aug now I have completed 10years and applying for 10year time bond.Sir I have signed 5year C R form by our present H M. Now my doubt is I have completed 4years in present school. Now whether I have to sign before 2013 1year cr form by previous H M of chikkodi district please inform me sir.
