I was shopping around for a curve tracer to study the properties of an EML 20A. This got me to thinking. I think Ktechlab should have a curve tracer for studying the models used for all the active devices... It would be similar to the circuit editor except it would have minimal functionality for the editor, and it would also have a chart pane which would let you input various transistor parameters and limiting values and see how that would affect the model. It should also let you plot load-lines and suggest circuit values. =)
