I declare the current SVN version to be a release candidate for version 0.4.
This will be the last KDE3 version of ktechlab. Current open issues: - When I build it off of SVN, I don't see icons for the parts library. [Please add more bugs to this list!!!] Roadmap: 0.5 will be the KDE4 port. Many of the planned changes affect or are affected by QT3 library features and therefore should be held off until the KDE4 ports are merged and tested. -- New president: Here we go again...
