It seems that sourceforge is (slowly) starting to catch up with github & co.

Happy weekend to everybody,

Redesigned Project Summary Page!

We are slowly rolling out a shiny new version of our project summary
page, so some of you may have already seen it. The new version is
leaner, cleaner, and more inline with the Allura interface. We'll be
blogging all about this, but if you see it and you like it, we'd love
if you could tweet us! @sourceforge, in case you didn't know.

Forking and Merge Requests Being Tested
Did you know that new projects (on our Allura platform) let you fork
git and mercurial code repositories? We also recently added Merge
Requests, so now you can request that your changes be included back
into the original repo. You can use forking to maintain a longstanding
separate project, or if you just want to submit a small fix, you can
create your fork in your "user project". User projects (e.g.
/u/johndoe) are places for you to put small things that don't need a
whole project. We'd love your help testing these functions, and if you
see any errors, please let us know.

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
