Hello Peter,
thank you for the contribution. I've added the .po file to both git
repositories of KTechLab:
https://github.com/ktechlab/ktechlab-0.3,
branches: master, ktechlab-0.3.7 and ktechlab-0.3.8
and
https://github.com/ktechlab/ktechlab,
as a pull request towards master.
I haven't done any testing on the translation, yet.
