You have found the bug for which I hope to have a fix. Please try to build branch fix-osx-build-v1 or fix-osx-build-v2 ; both branches can be found on KDE git (or are you pulling from ktechlab's github repository?)
The fix itself is the same for both branches, v2 is based on newer master and it should include the script ' build-simple.sh ' with workaround for the header file generation issue.
