I'm not sure if there are ways to enable you target a certain NGINX
controller, perhaps you can get more comments from @aledbf (
https://github.com/aledbf) for this.

One question is why not use one ingress controller with different
endpoints? Such as foo.bar.com/v1 and foo.bar.com/v2?
