I am exact same issue, have a 3 node cluster in AWS provisioned using KOPS. I
did use "validate=false" but that didnt solve the issue:

kubectl create -f
https://rawgit.com/kubernetes/dashboard/master/src/deploy/kubernetes-dashboard.yaml
 --validate=false
deployment "kubernetes-dashboard" created
service "kubernetes-dashboard" created
Error from server (AlreadyExists): error when creating
"https://rawgit.com/kubernetes/dashboard/master/src/deploy/kubernetes-dashboard.yaml":
 serviceaccounts "kubernetes-dashboard" already exists
Error from server (BadRequest): error when creating
"https://rawgit.com/kubernetes/dashboard/master/src/deploy/kubernetes-dashboard.yaml":
ClusterRoleBinding in version "v1beta1" cannot be handled as a
ClusterRoleBinding: no kind "ClusterRoleBinding" is registered for version
"rbac.authorization.k8s.io/v1beta1"

Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks
