Hi,
I want to deploy pods to some raspberry Pi's using Kubernetes. The raspberry Pi
would not be in same private network. Can I create a Kubernetes cluster between
device not in same private network? Is it possible to create Kubernetes cluster
between nodes over internet(public IP).

Also in case the above scenario is not possible and cluster can be formed only
if devices are in same private network, what happens to pods running on a node
when the node leaves the private network. After leaving the cluster or private
network, the device would also go through restart/shutdown etc.
