Hello, I would just like to let you know that ElastiCluster [1], a command-line tool to create and configure cluster systems on various IaaS clouds (OpenStack, AWS, GCE, and anything supported by Apache LibCloud), has recently acquired playbooks for deploying Kubernetes.
