I have just setup a k8s 1.7.0, but get this error Critical pod 
kube-system_elasticsearch-logging-0 doesn't fit on any node. and therefore

my instance type is `t2.large` and i am on AWS, kubernetes 1.6.6 works fine.

any advice is much appreciated
