ImagePullBackOff means that Kubernetes can not find the image. 

You have:
 image: agentc

You need:

 image: library/agentc:latest

This also assumes you have done a "docker build" direct to the docker 
daemon that your Kubernetes cluster is using. 
If you are using minikube, you must make sure you are pointing at the right 
docker daemon:

eval $(minikube docker-env)
docker build ....
